1

Every business is different. We never assume we know what’s wrong before we’ve had a proper look at how you operate, what tools you use, and where the friction is.

2

We audit your current systems — eCommerce platforms, internal tools, integrations — and map out exactly where things are breaking down or slowing you down.

3

We propose a solution tailored to your specific situation — not a generic package. Clean, efficient, and without unnecessary complexity.

4

We build it, test it, and make sure your team can actually use it. We stay close until you’re confident everything is working the way it should.

1. What exactly does "Systems Architecture and Integration" mean?

In plain terms, it means we look at all the different tools and platforms your business runs on — your website, your inventory system, your CRM, your accounting software — and make sure they’re set up properly and talking to each other. If something’s missing, clunky, or causing extra manual work, we design and build the fix.

2. We already have a website and a few business tools — why would we need this?

Most businesses we work with already have the pieces in place; the problem is usually that those pieces don’t connect well, or weren’t set up with growth in mind. You might not need a whole new system — you might just need the right integration between the ones you already have. We start by figuring out what’s actually broken before we propose anything.

3. Do you only work with eCommerce businesses?

Not at all. eCommerce is one of our two focus areas, but we do just as much work on internal business systems — things like inventory management, reporting tools, and the day-to-day software your team relies on. If your systems aren’t talking to each other or aren’t pulling their weight, we can help, whether you sell online or not.

4. How is this different from hiring a developer or a typical web agency?

A lot of web agencies focus on building something new from scratch. We start from the opposite direction — understanding what you already have, identifying where it’s falling short, and building a solution that fits into your existing setup rather than replacing everything. It’s a more targeted, less disruptive approach.

5. What does the process look like once we get in touch?

We start with a conversation to understand how your business currently operates and where the pain points are. From there, we map out exactly where your systems are lacking and propose a tailored solution — no generic packages, no unnecessary extras. Once you’re happy with the plan, we build it, test it thoroughly, and make sure your team is comfortable using it before we consider the job done.
